Looking for a multi-day fitness experience? This three-day, 30-plus-mile hike through the parks of the Santa Cruz Mountains (just south of San Francisco) down to the Pacific Ocean contains beautiful waterfalls, native Cali critters and some of the oldest Redwood forests left on earth.  You will wander through ancient redwoods in Big Basin Redwoods State Park, be wowed by Berry Creek Falls and end your excursion at the beautiful Waddell Beach on the Pacific Ocean.
