If you can never seem to make the perfect hard-boiled egg, you’re not alone! It seems like it should be as easy as, well, boiling water but in truth we’ve ruined more than a dozen eggs trying to figure it out. Thankfully, we turned to our culinary guru, Chef Pamela Salzman, to show us this fail-safe method for cooking the perfect hard-boiled egg, every time. Not only is her take on the perfect boiled egg super-easy, but also it really works—trust us we’ve tried it and give Pamela’s hard-boiled egg how-to a solid A+! Take your eggs and add them in a pot with enough water to cover them. Let the water come to a boil, then turn the water off and let them sit for exactly 10 minutes. Once ten minutes has elapsed, put the eggs under cold water, peel, and enjoy!
