We thought we had seen chia seeds all the ways ’til now. These perfect warm weather hydrators from Cameron Diaz’s Our Body Book are exactly what we need to be sipping on these spring afternoons. Pour these power seeds into fresh mint tea or try their grapefruit juice version (also incredible with Pressed Juicery’s grapefruit mint juice!) Here’s McKel Hill with all the deets…

Today I’m going to share a simple recipe that you can make ahead of time, on the go, and even serve to your kids for a boost in healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Not to mention, chia fresca is light, refreshing, and keeps you feeling full longer. Cheers and have fun with this one!

  1. I’m a huge proponent of chia seeds and drink a chia fresca about 3 times a week. 🙂
