What’s The Story Morning Glory: Waking Up with Catt Sadler

Catt Sadler is your average working mother. That is until you take into consideration her job requirements, including  2012 Olympic coverage in London and showing her face each day of the week via the E! channel’s daily entertainment news show. We love Catt’s style and penchant for all things healthy. Like us, she gets all that day-long energy from equal parts E3Live, good Italian espresso and fresh juice!

  • My alarm is set for:

    6:15am.

  • First thing I do when I wake up:

Give my hubby a squeeze and then pop up to make my kids' lunches.

  • I can't start my morning without:

    Illy coffee!

  • Breakfast is normally:

Toast and jam or plain yogurt with fruit and granola.

  • Favorite morning beverage:

Coffee, splash of 2% milk, one teaspoon raw sugar - or, when time allows, freshly squeezed oranges and carrots in my Breville juicer.

  • First websites I hit:

E! Online, Popsugar, The Huffington Post, Caroline's Mode, Refinery 29, LifeByMe

  • Daily uniform:

Siwy denim, flannel button-down or ultra soft tee and always something fabulous on my feet. My new Isabel Marant fringed boots seem to get the most play these days!

  • I'm usually listening to:

My boys' small talk at the breakfast table and the Today show in the background.

  • I start working at:

6:20, five minutes after my alarm goes off. I take those first moments to breathe, stretch and create some joyous mental space before checking my phone and colliding with the chaos.

  • I get my creative juices flowing by:

Tapping into The Power of Now, my absolute favorite read by Eckhart Tolle - it's never out of reach and provides endless inspiration. I find that stillness gets my most creative juices flowing.

  • My favorite morning distraction:

    My husband's sexy English accent.

  • I start thinking about lunch:

After lunchtime! I'm usually shooting E! News at 2pm, wondering how I forgot to eat. Trying to combat that lately by stocking my dressing room fridge with juices or smoothies just in case!
