  • Maca Berry Green Shake

  • Ingredients

    3 cups spinach
    1 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries, mangoes, papaya, etc.)
    1 tablespoon flax oil
    1 tablespoon maca powder (optional but so energizing and delicious, we definitely recommend it!)
    1 tablespoon spirulina AND/OR 1 scoop Clean Greens
    1 cup almond milk
    a few drops of stevia to taste (for desired sweetness, although you may not need it with the berries)

  • Directions

    Blend until creamy and enjoy!

  2. I’m all for easy and tasty ways to get added nutrients, energy, and an overall boost for my body. But this Cleanse kit featured on the Clean Team site is ALOT out of my budget.
