It’d have to be a mixture of great skincare: Decleor’s aromessence neroli serum oil is amazing, combined with regular exercise and a balanced diet containing lots of fresh, seasonal vegetables.

My go-to DIY recipe:

A skin-boosting vegetable juice made from scratch using beetroot, celery, spinach, turmeric, aloe vera, ginger, lemon and cucumber.
