Miranda Kerr doesn’t need makeup – but the girl knows how to rock a red lip. While genetics can take some of the credit for her cover-worthy looks, a dedication to simple, natural self-care is what brings this natural beauty to supermodel-status.

The cover girl, whose original claim to fame was as the first Australian VS angel, is the founder of KORA Organics skincare, and a proud proponent of the wellness life on all levels; Miranda is a dedicated yogi, crystal obsessee and an open book about how meditation has helped her through tough emotional times.

We asked Miranda to share some of her tried and true beauty secrets — from icy showers to a noni fruit obsession (learn all about this acne-banishing Aussie superfood here) — and you might be surprised by how simple and accessible her tried and true tips are.Take notes on her 5-minute makeup routine and snag her superfood smoothie recipe that’ll make you glow so hard you might need sunglasses…

If I only have 5 minutes to get ready, I…

Tie my hair back, apply KORA Organics Tinted Moisturizer, curl my lashes, brush my teeth and apply lip balm to my lips – and a little to highlight my cheek and brow bones.

Beauty obsession of the moment:

Beautifying snack:

Avocado.

Can’t travel without…

My Royal Albert tea cup… I like to drink my tea from it so there’s always a little bit of home where ever I am.

For ultra-glamorous effect:

A red lip, for sure!

Products I rely on for lips:

KORA Organics lip balm for a natural look, or a combo of Charlotte Tilbury’s Walk of Shame and Amazing Grace.

Beauty tools I can’t live without:

Eyelash curler and tweezers.

Weirdest beauty habit:

Blasting myself with freezing cold water after a shower. It really invigorates me!

In the shower I keep…

A body brush, KORA Organics Body Wash and Foaming Cleanser, shampoo, conditioner and a razor.

Once a month I…

Have an oxygen facial.

After a long-night or rough weekend…

A warm Epsom and magnesium-salt bath with essential oils or an infrared sauna.

The product that changed my skin…
