We search high and low for the best wellness brands and, without a doubt, we find Sunwarrior’s products in the pantries of our most respected wellness friends more often than anything! Co-owners Nick and Denley entered the wellness industry from different angles; Nick with a lifelong passion for natural wellness that started as a young athlete, Denley with a family health crisis that flung him into natural health research by force. The two met and joined forces to create some of the best full-spectrum raw and vegan health products on the market – and vegan foodies everywhere are forever grateful.

In this new series, we’re taking you inside the medicine cabinets and Google bookmark folders of some of our most-trusted wellness leaders. Find out their craziest health advice (today’s is a hum-dinger), regular favorites and daily go-tos, as we nutrition nerds ask them a few questions we’re dying to ask. Below, Sunwarrior co-founder, Denley Fowlke shares with us how he manages his own daily health care and lives well.

Living Well with Sunwarrior’s Denley Fowlke

Can’t live without my:

Morning exercise. It gets me going.

Daily breakfast:

One pound of fruit, and a smoothie that combines greens, maca, chia, protein, and minerals from some of the supplements below.

My daily supplements:

Ormus Supergreens, Liquid Light, maca, one of Sunwarrior’s proteins, Vitamins for Him, and Longevity III.

If I could give just one piece of health advice it would be...

To drink a green smoothie everyday with plenty of fiber.

5 things always in my medicine cabinet:

Essential oils, aloe vera plants, coconut oil, baking soda (aluminum-free of course), and more essential oils.

Fave workout:

Back and biceps.

Once a week for my health I:

Go to a sauna and sweat the toxins away.

On tap:

Glass-bottled spring water.

Best fast food option:

Fruit. Just grab and go.

Best healthy restaurant tip:

Go organic and vegetarian whenever possible.

At least once a week I cook…

Lightly steamed veggies, but mainly I go raw.

Reading list:

Outliers, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, Mastery, and The Talent Code.

Go-to health resources:

The Internet, PubMed, and Trinity Naturopathy course.

Crazy health idea that actually works:

Juiced red-potato enemas. They act like super-antibiotics.

My food philosophy in one sentence:

As the building material is, so the structure must become.

Non-negotiable:

For me, I will not eat meat.

Simplest way to improve health:

Drink a green smoothie each day, exercise, and eat sprouts.

My current mantra:

Eat only the highest nutrient-dense foods and juices.

My health passion:

To never age.

Fave healthy getaway:

Optimum Health Institute.

Health trend to skip:

Any fad diet. Lifestyle changes work, but diets never do.

My go-to juice or smoothie:

Green smoothie that includes Ormus Supergreens, Warrior Blend protein, kale or spinach, healthy edible weeds from my garden, chia, and maca.
