Leave it to the Hemsley sisters to give traditional high tea a totally modern, healthy spin. These adorable Brits have taken London’s exploding wellness scene by storm with two planty cookbooks — The Art of Eating Well and Good + Simple and last years’ launch of their cafe inside Selfridges department store, where they’ve just begun offering a very Hemsley-esque high tea daily.

Melissa and Jasmine’s healthy high tea menu swaps the usual sugary cakes and mayo-slathered mini sandwiches for whole food, nutrient-dense deliciousness we’ve come to expect from them: think quinoa scones with raspberry chia jam, mini flaxseed rolls (recipe here!) with truffle scrambled eggs, and an assortment of mouthwatering sweets that are all grain, gluten and refined sugar-free!

We got a glimpse of the brand new menu and are drooling over everything on it:

The Cream Tea

two warm quinoa scones
raspberry chia jam and clotted cream
pot of tea from The Rare Tea Company
a glass of Zero Dosage NV Ayala Champagne

The Afternoon Tea

smashed egg with truffle
mini flaxseed roll
avocado, lime and smoked salmon
carrot and quinoa crisp bread
whipped goat’s cheese, beetroot, raw honey and bee pollen
carrot and quinoa crisp bread

Selection of cakes…

chocbeet fudge bar, yoghurt honey frosting and cacao nibs
cinnamon banana bread topped with maple and pecan
lemon cheesecake and raspberry almond-pastry tart
live coconut yoghurt and mango whip
finished with passion fruit and mint
