The Hashi-Mojito
Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh mint leaves
juice of 1 lime
½ tsp ground ginger
1 cup fermented or plain coconut water
stevia to taste (use maple syrup for autoimmune diet)

Directions:

Mash mint leaves using mortar and pestle to release flavor.

In a glass, mix mint with lime juice, ginger, coconut water and sweetener. Alternatively, place all ingredients in blender and blend.
