How adorable is Britanie Faith? We’re so inspired by this green beauty blogger’s commitment to safer products and love that her approach to holistic self-care feels like the pampering it should be. Her mission to “cultivate natural beauty from the inside out” is one we 100% relate to – as are some of the specific obsessions she’s sharing below (face oils and Sun Potion? Every damn day).

Britanie’s Green Goddess Guide is full of prettying products and routines we adore and even a few unfamiliar ones we can’t wait to try: From weekly DIY manuka honey masks (already on it!) to an unexpected tip on why we should use jojoba before and after showering. If you need a quick place to start, scroll down to the bottom for a beauty smoothie recipe that’s so far up our alley we can’t believe we’re not literally sipping it right now…

Can’t travel without…

Crystals, Hope Gillerman Tension Remedy, Lotus Wei Radiant Energy Elixir, CV Skinlabs Rescue + Relief Spray, Maya Chia Beauty face oils, Province Apothecary Eczema Balm, Osmia Organics soaps.

In a pinch I…

Always curl my lashes, apply a bit of concealer under my eyes and on any areas of redness and apply a tinted lip balm.

Always in my evening clutch:

Jane Iredale Pressed Powder compact, travel-size version of the RL Linden Thousand Petal Beautifying Mist, Modern Minerals B of Love Lipgloss, Lina Hanson Satori Perfume Oil.

Obsession of the moment:

Right now I am obsessed with specific ingredients. For instance, I am in love with chia oil, black cumin and helichrysum – and I have been a little obsessed with finding products that contain these ingredients!

Beautifying meal:

I make my own bone broth, which I have to say has made such a huge difference in my skin and the overall health of my body. I love to drink this throughout the day. It fills me enough to serve as a healthy snack!

Beautifying drink:

I like to make a warm, calming, beautifying drink every evening. The base of it is almond milk. I then add in a scoopful of Moon Juice Beauty Dust, which is not only amazing for the skin but also aids in reducing anxiety or stress. I also add a pinch of Sun Potion Triphala for cleansing properties and about 5 to 10 drops of Lotus Wei Quiet Mind Flower Elixir, which really helps insomnia. I also add a teaspoon of manuka honey for added sweetness and its massive immunity benefits.

For ultra-glamorous effect:

Kjaer Weis Radiance Highlighter and false eyelashes! Both of these will instantly add glamour to any look!

For A Perfect pout:

Mahalo “Red My Lips” lip tint.

Fave Beauty tools:

Eyelash curler, beauty blender and jade roller for face and neck! These are all must-haves.

Weirdest beauty habit:

I apply oils to (and massage into) my entire body, as well as my face and hair, before showering as well as right after showering. This helps my skin to retain its moisture and has made a huge difference in fighting dry, irritated skin! Organic jojoba oil is my favorite to use for this.

In the shower I keep…

Rahua Shampoo and Conditioner, Tammy Fender Epi-Peel, Aleavia Prebiotic Wash, exfoliating body gloves, Osmia Organics Oh So Detox Soap.

On my bedside table…

Crystals (right now I have a lot of rose quartz and carnelian but alternate crystals depending on my mood), Osmia Organics Lip Doctor, Hope Gillerman Sleep Remedy, Lotus Wei Quiet Mind Serum, Lina Hanson Eye and Neck Treatment Balm, Laurel Whole Plant Organics Healing Balm, silk eye mask to block out light.

Once a month I…

Use a detoxifying facial mask. My favorites are Osmia Organics Detox Mask and Laurel Whole Plant Organics Honey Berry Enzyme Mask.

After a long night or rough weekend…

I treat myself to an evening of in-home spa rituals that rejuvenate my mind, body and spirit. Depending on the season, I will use a facial compress containing healing herbs and flowers from Laurel Whole Plant Organics followed by applying a facial oil like the Mahalo Vitality Elixir to my face and neck and inhale deeply to active the benefits of aromatherapy and give my skin a beautiful glow. I then prepare a foot bath with Epsom salt, lavender essential oil and a sprinkle of baking soda. This helps to instantly calm and relax me.

On little sleep I rely on…

Organic coffee, Lotus Wei Radiant Energy Flower Elixir, Sleeping Monk Super Immunity Herbal Formula, and Uma Oil’s Pure Energy Oil applied to the back of my neck and the bottoms of my feet.

The product that changed my skin…

CV Skinlabs Calming Moisture Cream and pretty much everything from Osmia Organics!

Most treasured beauty tip…

Manuka honey applied as a facial mask for 20-40 minutes, two times a week.

For glowing skin…

Organic face oils! Using the right oils for your skin type will give you a beautiful glow.

My go-to DIY recipe or smoothie recipe:

In my Vitamix, I mix one cup of spring water with Moon Juice Vanilla Mushroom Powder, organic frozen kale, frozen blueberries, banana, a sprinkle of cinnamon, camu powder and Sun Potion Tocos powder.

  5. It’s SO surprising that anyone would feature this girl! She has been sued for harassment from other people in the community! Recently stopped following her because I saw her trash other bloggers on her page! I am glad that this is older because Britanie ‘Faith”s actions are totally not #goals

    • “Hi “Jessie”. Sorry to see you are still up to this. It’s public knowledge that I won the case against the blogger who created false documents and perjured herself in superior court. It’s also public knowledge that I am taking her back to court for money she owes. It is slander to spread lies like these or to use the word criminal when I’ve never had a lawsuit against me nor have I ever committed a crime. I wish you the best and hope you can move on from the desire to leave comments like this on such positive sites.”

  6. @ Jessie: Interesting. Your comment made me research the Whole Story. I am traveling/ on holiday, I have time to do silly things. So it seems to me that Britanie has sued and won against the “other blogger” (also she also doesn’t “trash other bloggers” but she’s openly reporting harassment from another blogger: singular. Look up JUSTICE on her blog). Also that “other blogger” has not much cred if you dig deeper. But you’re probably not “Jessie” anyway, are you?
@ Britanie: What is the falsies brand you used here? Great for pictures!

    • Hi Britanie! This commenter used the exact same language that I saw Britney use to attack on other bloggers. Shame coming here to try to defend yourself and to keep harassing other people who have profiles on this site, Britine! You can see that this commenter went to other people’s articles and left bad comments! Wow! It’s gross! So happy I unfollowed you now!

  7. I’m so out of the loop with social media/blogging. I actually deleted my instagram account and am so happy I did. Why is it that people feel the need to “bash” each other, let alone share so many personal details such as engagement, psychological stress, etcetera with strangers these days ? There is little discretion in the world these days, what with everyone making little videos of every aspect of their lives. So over it. I’m scared to see what the world will be like in 235 years.
