I love this article. Why? Makes you think about how your energy–inside and out–is distributed throughout your twenty-four hours.
Ok, you wake up at 2:30 and it’s “liver detox.” Soooo…what does that mean? Dig a little deeper here, guys!
I agree, I read the chart and then the article which was just a regurgitation of the chart. What can I do to help my body so I’ll stop waking up at a certain time each night. Kind of a waste of an article!
I agree! What does “Deep sleep, detox blood, rest and recovery, planning.” mean? Obviously I’m not deep sleeping, so should I start planning. I’m so confused…
^same. this article is unfinished…
What if you’re on an overnight schedule?
yes
It means if you would like to use a Chinese chart for discovery, then make an appointment with a Chinese Dr. to find your exact remedy for the your issue. This website will never take you there it’s just a pointer for more research on your part.
the times listed – are these times equivalent to the Time Zones in China? Cuz, right now, it is in the 3 AM hour in Hong Kong but almost 2 PM where I am in Texas.
yes
thank you Elissa, fot your help. 🙂
Thank u, for your help. The article is good
Fascinating. I want to know more and how to correct problems

I just bought a new mattress 5 days ago. I have vivid dreams every night and have woke up approximately 4:25AM each morning fully alert rested like I have had 8 hours of sleep. And I have only had 4 hours of sleep. Very strange for me. Never happened before.
Curious….
I just love this information and would like more
I get extremely hot and flushed between 5 pm and 10 pm. Feel nauseous. By 10 pm I cool down. I have had this for 6 years but only once or twice a year. Any suggestions ?
Thank you ..!
Thank you. I got precisely what I was looking for here. I can now explore further and also alter what I do during the day so as to support my various body systems.
This was so helpful to me! So much of a t fits with what I have experienced. I wish we were taught more of this sort of wisdom rather than “take two aspirin and call me in the morning!” I plan to print this and begin to plan my days accordingly.
Is there a link to the piece on Organs & Emotions please?
Hi Marie – We’ve added a link to the post! You can find the story here: http://thechalkboardmag.com/know-strange-connection-organs-emotions
It is my understand that your body will be in sink with the sun and moon in YOUR time zone. So China / Australia / USA… no matter. Your body sets it clock based on night and day….sleep and awake…. Sun and Moon etc etc
Cam, vicki, steffi, did you try to think before complaining? If you have no knowledge in health at all then seek for a hearth practitioner, otherwise think!
If your liver is detoxing when you wake up, could it be that the detox is strong enough to wake you up ? If the detox is strong might be because there is too much to detox, if there is too much to detox take don’t eat food that are hard on the liver, choose to have an alkaline diet instead, find peace in your life.
No time is given for the female’s womb???
I wondered about the ‘time zone’ changes too – a Chinese Herbalist explained that these repair times are set by your own circadian rhythm, so its ‘local;’ to wherever you live.
