    Kale Chips

    For those days that I'm in a pinch for time (or simply want an easy snack between lunch and dinner), I reach for kale chips. I like this specific brand because they ingredients are simple: organic kale, buckwheat (which is gluten-free), nutritional yeast (great for nausea) and raw cashews. If you can't find this brand at your local grocery store (LA folks can find it at Erewhon Natural Market), just look for kale chips that contain the least amount of ingredients. Ditch bags that contain oil or salt.
