10 Must-Have Snacks From Our Fave Gluten-Free + Vegan Mama
Cacao Oat Cookies

These treats are great for either a morning or late-night snack. The best part is that they take about 15 minutes to make, from start to finish! To make six cookies, mash together 1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats (I like the Bob's Red Mill brand) with one organic banana, one teaspoon coconut oil, one tablespoon cacao powder and one tablespoon coconut flakes. Form cookies and pop into oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Done and done.
