  1. More articles on beauty and wellness for older women (60+) – there’s not really anyone speaking to us right now

    • Love that Donna! We’ll keep in mind. Lots of this last week’s content applies to you. Let us know if there is anything in particular you’d like to learn and check out our stories with Dr. Sara Gottfried!

      • I have to add to Donna’s post that I don’t want to look YOUNGER. I want to look vital and full of energy and life. Younger is overrated. I just turned 60 and have never been happier. I’ve earned my face and body. It tells my story. I would never artificially alter it. Articles on how to look younger, from the get-go, turn me off.

  2. More articles on wellness for older women, and recipes that are egg and gluten free.

  3. Echoing what the ladies above have said. I adore your content but would also love to see more geared towards women dealing with perimenopause and especially postmenopausal health and wellness issues. And while I adore Sara Gottfried I know there are other experts who could also contribute. Thanks!

  4. More gluten free + vegan/plant based articles and recipes. Also inflammation fighting remedies.

  5. Would appreciate foods, herbs, smoothies that fight arthritis inflammation.

  6. Agree with Donna, Marie & Lisa above -vibrant health at any age. Would like to know more about the Blue Zones Project.

  7. It is not easy to understand all these things.

  8. I’m a girl on a tight budget! I’d love to try all of these things (adaptogens, matcha, etc), but I can’t really spring for them all. I’d love to see articles helping people pinpoint what would be a few great things to purchase on the regular, and what would be a worthwhile splurge or investment.

  9. I would love to see the inclusion of more recipes with basic/minimal ingredients or at least some that allow for substitutions that are more easily accessible.

    • Yes!!!! Minimal ingredients is huge! Great suggestion!

  10. I would love to see more content that is more inclusive and diverse! Wellness for all, not just the wealthy! More ages, colors, gender expressions, sexual orientations, diverse backgrounds. Racial inclusion, issues of food justice and availability, and the environment! We need more conversations about these important, timely topics! They are SO relevant to health and wellness 🙂

  11. More on eating well through osteoporosis please

  12. More profiles on different women’s daily routines.
I’d also like more recipes/food related content for women who like to eat a lot, and do not limit themselves so much–not just smoothies for breakfast, salads for lunch, fear of gluten, etc.
