Living Well With British Health Coach Madeleine Shaw

It’s safe to say that we’re massive health foodies. We’re dying to share our passion for overloaded veggie bowls, chia parfaits and superfood smoothies, which is what led us to British health coach, Madeleine Shaw. Madeleine likes to say that with every bit of food we eat, we are influencing how we look, feel and think.; wise words that she’s built her widely successful practice on (not to mention her massive following on Instagram, allowing us to live vicariously through her stylish yoga-practicing, granola-making lifestyle).

Madeleine’s new book Get the Glow shows you how eating well can easily become a way of life, resulting in the hottest, healthiest and happiest you. Packed with countless delicious, wheat- and sugar-free recipes, every mouth-watering dish is easy to make, contains ingredients that can be found in your local supermarket and won’t break the budget. Take a few wellness tips from Madeleine on how to glow from the inside out – including her favorite dreamy green smoothie!
