health ade kombucha

You don’t have to tell us twice when it comes to fermented food and drinks. We’re all about the benefits of kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut and other traditional fermented foods. Bonus: We love the flavor of most kombuchas, and are obsessed with the taste of the fizzy stuff. The benefits for both digestion and immunity are myriad and, like green juice, the benefits can quickly be felt.

Health-Ade is a fairly new brand of kombucha here in LA, sourcing local and seasonal produce to flavor their ‘buch. We love the flavors and the sustainable vibe. If you’re as obsessed as we are with this fizzy drink, check out this unique-as-can-be salad dressing concocted by the Health-Ade owners. What do you say, probiotics in your salad dressing: would you or wouldn’t you?

Kombucha has many health benefits, and tastes similar to apple cider vinegar. People who cook with kombucha know, you can switch out apple cider vinegar for unflavored kombucha anytime you want to add a twist! This is especially delicious for dressings and marinades, since every food tastes great with a slightly fermented flavoring.

This vinaigrette, made with our Health-Ade Kombucha (Original Flavor), isn’t available for purchase in stores; however, it’s super easy to make in only two short steps!
