  1. Great article. I’ve recently started cutting out gluten (dr’s orders) and started noticing a major difference in my skin and weight loss. I am curious about the aluminum foil face mask. How exactly do you do this? Do you apply the foil on top of the mask or do you apply the mask with the foil?

  5. Hi ladies – we asked Hannah about the mask, and here is what she had to say:
    “For the mask, you freeze aluminum foil strips for a couple hours and form a mask to your face, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes: it’s a great way to de-puff your skin!”
