Summer Must: Healthy Almond Creamsicles

As August is in full swing, we find ourselves making lists of what we must accomplish before this joyous Summer ends. Add this easy recipe to your list! These healthy homemade Creamsicles will make your tongue sing out with joy and your eyes twinkle in the sun. With the health benefits of juice frozen into a succulent popsicle, you really cannot go wrong.

Healthy Pop Creamsicles

Ingredients:
(for 6 Creamsicle Pops)

  • 1/2 cup Pressed Juicery Almond Milk (Yes, I used Pressed Juicery’s own vanilla-infused milk…definitely worth picking some up or having it shipped to you!)
  • 1-1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

Directions:

1. Pour 1/2 cup almond milk and 1-1/2 cup orange juice into a measuring cup, so you have 2 cups total mixture.

2. Evenly distribute mixture into your popsicle mold, and proceed as directed on ice pop maker’s instructions. I found this rocket-shaped
ice pop maker at Whole Foods! Amazon carries a great selection, as well. Find here.

3. Freeze for 24 hours.

Slurp away with your loved ones on a hot day!
