Cassey Ho is the OG of the online fitness revolution we’ve been having in the last few years – but she’s definitely not your typical fitness star. Since 2009, the Pilates pro and fitness trainer been sharing workouts, tips, and inspiration via her brand and blog, both aptly named Blogilates. Her YouTube following is well over the 2 million mark, and she’s been named the second most influential online fitness professional in the country (only second to Jillian Michaels, nbd). And her brand-new book, Hot Body Year-Round, is already a bestseller.
But Cassey is more than just a fitness instructor or online trainer. Sure, she creates weekly workout videos and monthly exercise calendars, and her activewear game is on point (thanks to her newly launched BODYPOP Active line, which she created and designed) but she does it in a way that is unquestionably unique – making her videos refreshingly playful and fun, often times using current pop hits as the soundtrack. In the last few years, Cassey (and Blogilates) has inspired tens of thousands of girls and women around the globe to live a life of wellness that works on their own terms, due in no small part to Cassey’s openness and genuinely supportive attitude. She’s not just all squats and lunges – she shares her personal life, her ups and downs (check out her viral video on body image), and gives her clan of POPsters not only a trainer, but a friend.

Favorite class to take:
I love taking dance classes! I feel so free and crazy at the same time. It’s awesome. And actually, I just took my very first POP Pilates class yesterday. Sounds weird, right? Well, since I created the format, I could never actually take it until someone was certified to teach it. I had the chance to do that at our first POP Master Training Summit. It was a tough workout!!
Moment I fell in love with fitness:
When I was 16 and I found the Mari Winsor Pilates DVDs.

Dancing! It is simply the best thing, especially when the music is loud and I’m getting lost in my own bliss.
Latest healthy obsession:
Ah! I just started making avocado toast on Ezekiel Bread and it is life.
