This mulberry smoothie recipe is an absolute classic TCM recipe from 2015! Great things happen when women in wellness collaborate and this one is the result of a gathering with two incredible people in the space, breathwork coach, Ashley Neese and podcaster, Nitsa Citrine.

Smoothies are an incredible vehicle for therapeutic nutrition. Don’t get in a rut with the protein powder and the frozen fruit — think outside the box and swap in new ingredients as often as you can. This superfood-infused white mulberry blend is full of skin-nourishing vitamins and minerals and a little boost for your libido.

mulberry smoothie

This is a creamy, nutrient-rich, vanilla smoothie made with raw cashew, coconut, white mulberries, superfoods and tonic herbs.

+ Tocos (rice bran solubles) provide bioavailable vitamins D & E and nourish the skin and connective tissue.
+ Pine pollen is a subtle aphrodisiac, hormone-balancing, brain nourishing and immune-fortifying complete food.
+ White mulberries are a wonderful beauty food, digestive tonic, and a good source of iron, fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K.

Here’s how to make the full mulberry smoothie recipe. Otherwise, watch for mulberries next time you’re at the farmer’s market and just pop the fiber-rich berries in with whatever smoothie ingredients you have available!

  2. Oh I am definitely gonna make this! It might be nice with a really ripe pear instead of a banana actually (I’m not much of a banana fan, I find it overpowers everything).
Just wondering how you make cashew milk? Do you soak them? Thanks!

  4. You need to update the app with this recipe. Also, consider adding a search feature to the app!
    Thanks!

  5. Google White Mulberry – it’s poison. Some congressman’s wife just died from it. How irresponsible are theses folks. Death Smoothy?

    • White mulberry – the berry itself is included here – not the leaf. Like most common culinary berries, there are very few concerns around them.
