Nori Sheets

When I want to give my salads extra oomph, I reach for one nori sheet, which is dry seaweed. These delicious sheets are rich in protein, fiber and iron – all essential nutrients for pregnant women. Incorporate nori into your salad but ripping the sheet into small pieces. They're a great alternative to croutons! Note that one sheet of nori also contains approximately 57 micrograms (mcg) of iodine. For pregnant women, the recommended daily intake of iodine for pregnant women is 220 mcg maximum, so it's best to stick to only one sheet per day.
