When I'm not drinking kale, I'm definitely eating it! This detoxifying "queen of greens" is ideal for keeping your system clean as a whistle, which is essential for those of us experiencing the internal changes of a baby's growth. My favorite way to eat kale is in a raw kale salad. Make sure to massage the crunchy leaves with a half avocado and let sit for about 10 minutes - this will help soften the texture and make it easier to digest.
